Let's get your big idea out of your head.
Launch support for founders and creators -
podcasts, courses, and the systems that keep them running after launch day.
The podcast you've been planning for a year.
The course that's 80% outlined.
The launch that keeps moving to next quarter.
The ideas aren't the problem - you need a system and someone to build it with you.
That's my job.
What I Do:
I get big ideas launched, and keep them running.
1. Podcast Launch
The nuts and bolts, done: set up on whatever platform you use, delivered everywhere it needs to be, and your first four episodes up and listed. You get a checklist for every episode after.
2. Podcast Maintenance
Every episode published and copy-ready, month after month. You just record.
3. Course Launch Management
Newsletters, social posts, and the launch calendar, tracked and scheduled so it actually ships.
4. Course Build
Hand me your videos, copy, and worksheets - I build the whole thing in your course platform.
Hello, there!
I'm Kristina Wetterman.
TLDR: I'm the person who turns "we should really do this" into "it's live." You come to me when you have an idea stuck in your head that you’ve been meaning to put out into the world for however long.
The longer version —
Founders come to me with a podcast they've been planning for a year or a course that's 80% outlined, and what they need isn't more ideas.
It's someone who can see the whole board, cut the project into pieces that can actually get done, and stay on it until it ships.
That's the work I love - the moving parts, the timing, the unglamorous backend that decides whether launch week feels exciting or awful. (Hint: We want it to be exciting)
Why I'm good at it:
- When Bri Seeley launched her podcast, Big Goal Energy, I ran the machine behind it: SEO, blog, social posts, reels, TikToks, newsletter.
- I build operations systems for real businesses - lead pipelines, client workflows, the stuff that keeps running after I leave.
- I work with a podcast PR agency, so I know podcasts inside and out.
- I'm a writer first, so your launch copy won't sound like a template.
- MA, International Conflict Studies (King's College London). Mostly unrelated. Extremely good practice for managing complicated moving pieces.
