PODCAST LAUNCH
What it is: I take you from "I want a podcast" to your first four episodes live and listed. I build the plan, run the tracker, chase the handoffs, and make sure every piece (artwork, trailer, show notes, hosting, directories) is done in the right order. You record. I handle the nuts and bolts. Who it's for: Founders and creators with a podcast idea who are tired of it living in a notes app. Also for people who've started and stalled halfway through setup.
You walk away with: A live show, your first four episodes published, and a checklist for every episode after, so launching didn't just happen once, you can repeat it.
Add-on: Basic audio editing, available for an additional fee.
PODCAST MAINTENANCE
What it is: Once you're live, I keep the show moving. Each episode gets uploaded, formatted, and published on schedule, with the copy written if you want it.
Who it's for: Podcasters who love recording and dread everything after. Anyone whose publishing schedule keeps slipping because the admin piles up.
You walk away with: Episodes that go out when you said they would, a consistent routine, and your evenings back. Billed monthly, 90-day minimum, so we both know it's working before you commit long term.
COURSE LAUNCH
What it is: Your course is built. Now it has to actually launch. I run the whole thing: the launch timeline with real dates, the email sequence drafted and scheduled, the sales page and checkout tested before anyone clicks them, and every handoff between you, your designer, and your platform chased down. On launch day I'm watching it, not you.
Who it's for: Course creators with finished or nearly finished content who need someone to hold the whole launch together.
You walk away with: A launch that went out on the date you picked, a checkout that worked on the first try, and a written playbook so your next launch takes half the effort.
COURSE BUILD
What it is: Your videos are recorded and your materials are done. The only thing between you and selling it is the platform. I take everything you've made and build the course: uploaded, organized into modules, formatted, connected to your checkout, and tested end to end.
Who it's for: Course creators who did the hard part already and keep stalling on the technical part.
You walk away with: A live course on a platform you can run yourself, ready to sell, plus a walkthrough so you're never guessing how it works.
